Mathematics

The mathematics department of the science course was started in 2015 at Sagar Mahavidyalaya.
At the beginning, the department started with 5 students and one guest teacher. Now the number
of student of the department is about 25.

To become one of the best department of Science Course(General). Achieve excellence through teaching, learning and research.

Mission:

The department always encouraged the students’ new creativity within the framework of academic
freedom and diversity of knowledge. Also the department is dedicated to advancement of
knowledge and to serve society. Imparting an integrated understanding of economy, society,
politics, gender equality, humanities, ecology and environment holistically is the department’s
mission.
